If you paid with Klarna and wish to return an item, please contact us before you register the return in the Klarna app.
This ensures faster processing and direct refund from us.
Registering the return in Klarna first may cause delays.

Standard returns or exchanges
(For example: incorrect size or you’re not completely satisfied)

You have 30 days from the receipt date to return or exchange the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The cost depends on the shipping method/carrier you choose.

  3. Send the item back with the form to the address we provide. Please use trackable shipping – you are responsible for the return shipment.
  4. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days.

📦 Need a different size? Exchange in 4 steps:

  1. Email us with your order number and desired size.
  2. Fill out the return form we send to you.
  3. Return the original item with the form.
  4. Once the return is shipped, we’ll send you the new size – completely free of charge.
